This is a golden classic DVD featuring 3 famous guys in the sport of bodybuilding from the late 60s and 70s, and with Bill Grant - up to the early 90s.

Bill Grant  was a Pro Mr. America Winner, Mr. World winner including Most Muscular, as well as Mr. International. Bill also competed with distinction in many GPs, the Mr. Olympia and Masters Olympia. He is still in incredible shape today.

Serge Jacobs, Mr. Belgium, is a fraction under 5'7" and combined fantastic posing with a beautiful, aesthetic body and perfect balance. Serge was also seen in the film Pumping Iron with Arnold. Please click here for Pumping Iron, PCB-1071DVD.

Harold Dickinson was twice Mr. Europe and also highly placed in the NABBA Universe and NABBA Mr. Britain. His physique is totally symmetrical and he is a brilliant poser. In this segment, Harold is 23 years old, 5' 6" tall and weighs a ripped 205 lbs., with 20" arms. He is known throughout his native England and in Europe for his intense posing routines, highlighting massive muscle display.

Filmed on the day after Harold placed 3rd in the 1977 NABBA Universe, the session includes oiling, pumping and posing, tensing of all muscle parts plus pushups. Plus full body and closeup sequences as Harold displays all body parts from all angles. A virile, rugged display from the guy from Lancashire!

There are some posing segments done in the “old school” style as made popular by Eugen Sandow.
