Prime Cuts Bodybuilding has been proudly serving bodybuilding fans for over 40 years. Our core promise is simple:
We always make sure you get what you ordered.
If there is ever an issue with your order not arriving, arriving damaged, or not matching what you purchased, we will work with you to make it right, including resending your order where appropriate.
Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Because we primarily sell physical DVDs and bodybuilding media, we handle each case carefully. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item(s) compared to what you ordered
We reserve the right to verify the situation (for example, by asking you to confirm your shipping address, provide photos of damage, or allow extra time for customs delays) before issuing a refund or replacement.
Orders Not Received (Lost or Seriously Delayed)
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window listed in our Shipping Policy:

Once we confirm that a reasonable delivery period has passed, we will re‑send your order at no additional cost to you.
In most cases, our first step will be to re‑send the order, in line with our long‑standing commitment that you get what you ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items:

Change of Mind
Because our products are media items that can be easily copied and are shipped at a low cost in lightweight packaging, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been processed and shipped.
However, we want happy, long‑term customers. If you have a special situation, please contact us and we will review it on a case‑by‑case basis. In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange options at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
