Presenting the physique stars of the 40s, 50s and 60s in this classic extravaganza of old time bodybuilders.  From deep in our film archives, we present an even greater number of stars from our old 16mm and 8mm films.  Three quarters of this DVD is in black and white with colour for those parts filmed in the late 60s.
  
Music has been added. Eugen Sandow, the father of bodybuilding is pictured below. I wish we had old posing film of him!

The quality varies from mostly good to fair, usually depending on the stage lighting or age of the film.  Some clips such as Chuck Sipes and Rick Wayne are very brief, while segments of Grimek performing muscle control and Larry Scott posing are superb.
